1. Free Shipping - Curbside Delivery
All MAVIX orders that have selected “free shipping” will ship ground via FedEx and have an ETA of 2-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Product will be dropped off at the consumer’s front door, boxed unassembled. Minor product assembly will be required upon receipt. Once your order has been placed, please expect for 24-48 hours for order processing. Please note all shipping rates are only applicable to delivery inside of the United States not including Hawaii & Alaska. Additional charges may apply for international shipments and shipments outside of the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply if you are located 50 miles or farther from a major US airport. Should these charges apply, a MAVIX Representative will contact you within 48 hours of your order date.
2. Assembled Delivery
All MAVIX orders that have selected “assembled delivery” will ship ground via the freight carrier of our choosing and have an ETA of 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
1. 30 Day Risk-Free Trial
MAVIX purchases come with the reassurance of a 30 day money back guarantee unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price that’s $122.22 less to cover a knocked down return kit for orders in the continental United States or $199.99 less for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. International orders (including Puerto Rico) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Due to the unique functionality of the DVL (Dynamic Variable Lumbar), we request that you keep and use your chair for at least 10 days to allow your body to properly adjust to your MAVIX Chair. If you still wish to request a return after 10 days, please call, email, or chat our Customer Service. One of our MAVIX representatives will walk you through all the features and adjustments to ensure you are experiencing all that MAVIX has to offer.
In the event that a return is required, MAVIX will ship you a special return kit and return shipping label to pack up your chair and return it back to us. All purchases are eligible for an exchange within that same 30-day time frame, a return shipment fee still applies of $122.22 for continental US orders or $199.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders. The item must be returned in like-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories inside of 20 days upon receipt of the return kit to ensure full credit minus the return charge.
Please call 1-833-628-4944 (833-MAVIXGG) for a return authorization and shipping instructions. MAVIX will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service.
1. The MAVIX Promise
MAVIX’s 12-year warranty is the best in the gaming chair business. Every MAVIX chair is individually quality control tested. All models are made with Class 4 heavy-duty gas cylinders that will stand up to the most formidable and long-playing users. All of our materials – our mesh, foams, plastics, metals, and mechanisms – are of the highest quality, and designed to stand the test of time.
All moving parts and materials are warranted for 5 years. During this time, MAVIX™ will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defect in material or workmanship. For the first 2 years, MAVIX™ will bear the entire cost of replacement parts and shipping. For the next 3 years, MAVIX™ will bear the cost of the replacement parts, but the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping.
All non-moving metal components of the chair are warranted for an additional 7 years (for a total of 12 years).
The customer must provide appropriate pictures of their damaged product if requested.
A defect in material or workmanship does not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly or to maintain the appearance, caused by (1) misuse or abuse of the product; (2) improper assembly or assembly that was not as recommended by the assembly instructions; (3) normal wear and tear; (4) a natural disaster or an Act of God; (5) an unauthorized modification made without the express written consent of MAVIX™; (6) improper storage; (7) the natural aging of materials such as wood, leather, and fabric which results in colors shifting during use; (8) crocking or reverse crocking of dyes from clothing on our seating materials. Products damaged in these ways will not be considered defective and will therefore not be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
We shall not have tort liability with respect to a product, and we shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from a product defect.
