30 Day Trial & Return Policy  

Mavix.com purchases come with the reassurance of a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product within 30-days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of the return kit (assembled chairs only) or return shipping fees (unassembled chairs, desks and accessories).

For chairs (unassembled), desks and accessories, here are the instructions to complete your return: 

  1. Complete the Customer Service Request Form here: https://www.mavix.com/pages/contact-us (note:  Mavix will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service.   

  2. Schedule a Return Pick-Up: Our customer service team will provide a return label and schedule your pick-up in order to facilitate the shipping of the product back to our facility. All Items will be picked up using the freight carrier of our choosing. A specific date and time for the pick-up will be scheduled with the carrier.

  3. Package Your Return Properly: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is ready for pick-up: in original packaging, with all pieces, paperwork, and parts enclosed, and securely taped for transit.  The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the product from you.

  4. Review Return Fees:Return Pick-Ups will incur a return shipping fee depending upon the location of the pick-up. This fee will be deducted from the total of your refunded order amount, which will go back to the original payment method. Once your return is received and verified, our team will process your refund.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund from the date your return is received into our warehouse.

East Coast: $69.99
Central: $59.99
Mountain/West Coast: $49.99

Return Shipping Fees (small accessories):
East Coast: $34.99
Central: $29.99
Mountain/West Coast: $24.99

For fully assembled chairs, here are the instructions to complete your return:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Request Form here: https://www.mavix.com/pages/contact-us (note:  Mavix will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service.   

  2. Receive a Return Kit: The return kit is a specific box we will send you with disassembly instructions guiding you on how to take apart your chair and place the parts properly in the return kit box. The return kit will also come with a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be returned in like-new condition, with all parts and accessories within 30-days of receipt of the return kit to ensure full credit minus the Return Kit Fee.

  3. Review Return Kit Fees: Return kit fees will be deducted from the total return amount. Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, our finance team will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your original form of payment. 

Return Kit Fees:  
Orders in the continental United States: $149.99  
Orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada: $199.99  
International orders (including Puerto Rico) are considered final-sale and are not eligible for returns.  

Order Cancellations: 
To initiate the cancellation of your order, please contact us https://www.mavix.com/pages/contact-us.  Please note our orders process quickly!  Mavix.com only accepts cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of order placement.  After 24 hours, your order has begun production and cannot be cancelled or changed.  Upon receipt of your Cancellation Request, our Customer Service team will look up the status of your order and let you know via email if it qualifies for cancellation. If the order does not qualify for a cancellation, return shipping fees will apply per our Return Policy:  https://www.mavix.com/pages/returns-exchanges.

Exchanges:  
We do not offer product exchanges. Instead, we ask that you cancel your order, or return if already received. From there you will receive a refund, and can then order a new product. Please note, a return fee applicable to the type of return will be added to your RMA until the new chair has been purchased.
