"I recently purchased the Mavix M9 gaming chair after many nights of videos and research and can say the chair itself is amazing 10/10 worth the investment. However I also bought the Elemax heating and cooling unit for my chair as I really like the concept, upon arrival I noticed the unit has clips on a band that are attached to it, but they don’t actually do anything and make installing the unit a nightmare as they don’t go anywhere and are in the way of the plastic cover. The plastic cover itself though molded for the chair does not stay in place and pops out of the chair constantly and make me want to take the whole unit out and not use it. The best feature is the cooling feature as it works fantastic for those long gaming/work sessions, I feel as though the massage part is also very very weak and I can barely feel it even on the high mode. M9 chair 10/10 Elemax 2.5/10 as only one feature works as it should"

Not Bad, can't turn off Timer

"I like massage, cooling and heating features a lot and use them everyday. I would have given this 5 stars if it did not turn off after 5 minutes of it being on. I wish I had the option to leave it on and turn it off manually."
