Great for Ergonomics

"The Mavix M5 chair is overall comfortable and well-built, with good lower back support and quality materials. However, there are a few areas where it falls short for me. I wish the backrest extended higher or the headrest was more easily adjustable, as it doesn’t quite fit taller users or those who like extra neck support. Additionally, the chair lacks a true upright “sit-up” position—it leans slightly back even at its most upright setting, which can be frustrating when you want to sit forward and work. If Mavix added a more adjustable headrest and an option for a firmer, fully upright position, this chair would be much closer to perfect. As it stands, it’s good, but not quite great for my needs."

Almost Perfect

"The chair is fantastic except for one detail. The back of the chair not only sits too low, it doesn't lock in. So after setting it to the highest setting, sometimes when getting up, it will lift slightly and reset back to the lowest setting and you will need to reset it again."

Good but flimsy armrests

"Solid chair overall I have no gripes besides the fact that both arm rests are flimsy even when tightened and fastened correctly. If you put any pressure on or weight on them consistently they loosen further until they wobble."
