"This ergonomic chair is an overall solid choice as it has amazing lumbar support, with the Elemax (cooling, heating, and massage function). These great features make me want to sit on the chair for longer periods of time without fatigue, the seat itself is already amazing; there’s nothing I would want to change about it. The assembly was very simple and easy as there was a video with steps that were easy to follow along with."
The seat is not as cushy as the office chair it replaced
"I appreciate the ability to adjust everything, but just like the seat in my car, once it is the "way I like it" there is no expectation that I will adjust it again. Hard plastic arm rests are not as comfortable as an office chair. Maybe you gamers are just "tougher" that this old litigating lion."

"I’ve owned several gaming chairs. Secret labs, Logitech Herman miller. None compare to this. Most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. One issue. Build quality on the arms. Both my wife and I have the same chair. Both of them, the arms constantly come loose and wiggle."

"I love chair. Seat nice/comfy/armrest nice/back plate nice. All nice. If the back and neck thing could hard lock this would be a perfect chair. But they move when i adjust muself causing an insane amount of rage when im 8 hours deep into a work day. Please please please please add a lock so i cam sit up and adjust myself without messing up the chair."

"I like the chair so far, I saw a small knick around the head area in the back but besides that, I can say it is a quality chair. My arm rests weren’t labeled as the instructions said but I was able to get them on. I believe they are correct 😄"
"Arrived with a fuzzy stuck inside of the backrest and the headrest came dirty. Update: I’m putting it at 4 stars now because mavix happily sent me a new backrest and and a extra screw cover for the screws on the headrest due to it falling off after a couple days of using it. Customer service is great!"
Great Chair & Support
"The Mavix M9 Chair is easily one of the best chairs I've ever used when it comes to comfort and aesthetics. It has great lower back support, the seat cushion is breathable and very soft and the arm rest offers an amazing range of adjustments allowing you to find the perfect configuration for comfort and productivity. Not only is the M9 chair great but the Mavix customer support was amazing. When I initially received the chair one of the plastic covers on the back of the chair happened to crack during the shipping process and upon mentioning it in a previous review I was promptly contacted by their customer support about the issue. I had adamantly mentioned that the damage was only cosmetic and didn't hinder the performance or functionality of the chair what so ever but their support rep insisted on having it replaced without me even needing to send the damaged back piece back. All around the chair and the company are a 10/10, genuinely one of the more positive experiences I've had with customer support."
